Life Without Work

So I started thinking about jobs and how everyone is labeled with a "job title" and also how people will literally fight to the finish in order to obtain certain "job titles."

Personally, after really thinking about all of this, I think it's all a bunch of BULL. What the fuck are we all doing with our lives anyway??? Is working really the bane of our existence? When you think of it that way, it's actually pretty sick. We are basically living to work. WE ARE LIVING OUR LIFE TO WORK. It's horrible. We grow up and go to school, then go to college for what you ask? TO GET A JOB AND WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Most of the time, people don't even LIKE their jobs... then there are those people who DO like their jobs... but I always wonder... is this the best you can do? WORK?

Now, don't get me wrong... I have a great work ethic (if and when I'm working) and I think that working can teach a person a lot. It just makes me sick that right now there are SENIORS still working because they could never get ahead in life and yes, in their "golden years" what are they doing? WORKING.

I would like to pose this question... what would everyone do with their lives if they never had to "work" and they could just LIVE... if we always had enough money to do whatever we wanted... what would everyone choose to do?
